We all want to be the best version of ourselves. We all want to feel happy and fulfilled, be kind and compassionate to others and ourselves. But Life can throw out some really difficult and devastating experiences, disappointments, unmet needs and dreams, a frightening health prognosis of someone we love or even ourselves. It could be an environment that causes you to feel stressed and anxious at home or at work, a broken relationship and more. All these experiences can bring feelings of fear, anxiety, stress, anger, extreme sadness, and uncertainty.
These feelings can sometimes lead us to react far short of our 'Higher Self' and make bad choices for our lives now or in the future, or even make us feel like we simply cannot make any decision or choice at all in the moment.
But I am here to tell you, that no matter what you are going through in this moment in time, that nothing, no situation, no feeling is permanent, and you can heal and transform from these feelings. You may not feel you could right now, but I promise you it is possible.
I specialise in helping all my Clients to build Resiliency using Science proven Meditation and Mindset practices and techniques. Meditation creates new neural pathways, which can be achieved no matter what age you are and this process is called 'neural plasticity' Meditation has been proven to lower toxic and harmful stress hormones (cortisol and adrenalin) and increase the healthy healing hormones (oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin and endorphins) and this has an immediate positive impact on us, both on a physical and psychological level.
This new found way of being will help you navigate Life from a mentally stronger, informed, focused, Resilient standpoint. It will enable you to make better choices, regulate emotions, heal your heart, become less emotionally triggered and improve coping mechanisms. It will help you have improved sleep and eating patterns and help you to become kinder to yourself in your time of need. It will help you identify and prioritise your own self care and self compassion.
It is so important especially when going through difficult times in our lives that we take care of ourselves especially when needing to look after others or lead others as a Team Leader, Mentor, CEO, Manager, Parent or Caregiver.
Just think of the advice given on the Airlines, informing us to put your own oxygen mask on first, even before your children...why ? because if you lose consciousness through lack of oxygen you would not be able to help your children or others.
Just think of the Scientific proven term and effect called 'The Placebo Effect' even without the actual medication the Body heals itself. Why ? because the Mind believed it was getting the medication ? Or think about a bitter, citrusy, zesty lemon and instantly your mouth will start watering, your salivary glands will go into overdrive, all this on just a thought of the Mind !
Our Mind does not distinguish between reality and non reality. So in effect our inner World creates our Outer World. Our Minds create thoughts and thinking and it is our thinking around our thoughts that determine our emotions and the quality of our Life.
Practising Meditation does not mean you will forget your experience, anxiety, trauma, loss or pain. It means that a regular Meditation practice, using certain practices especially for what you may be going through, will help ease the pain and offer moments of quiet Peace and Mind space so that you have time to emotionally regulate and process these feelings.
We can only heal, come to terms with changes in our Life, make better choices, lead better when our Mind is quiet and calm, and Meditation guides us closer to that state of Mind.
I use a variety of Meditation & Mindset Practices depending on what you may need help with. All supported by scientific data. Once a regular practice is established you will feel the change in you, physically and psychologically at a profound level. Many experience the change almost immediately, some after a couple of sessions, and with regular practice this improvement will only get stronger.
Although I specialise in Meditation for Grief, my Teachings are for all, whether you are a Parent, Carer, a Manager, Teacher, a CEO, work within The Corporate World, the NHS and Charities. Indeed. I work with 2 large Charities ; Little Havens Hospice for Children in Benfleet, Essex and Action for Happiness, and donate 10% of my profits to Little Havens Hospices .

When I heard the above in my darkest hour, I thought thought to myself 'are you for real ? you clearly have no idea just how low I am at the moment'. But my Teacher just asked me to trust him and try. I can hear him now "For relief Dawn you have to start sometime, somewhere, and the present moment is always a good place to start" So I did, and that was the beginning of my healing journey and finding a new way of being..
He was right, and for a few moments I felt some relief from my broken heart and the stress and anxiety. So I attended the classes every day, and every day some Peace came, some relief from the stress and my broken heart.\ whiuch helped me getb through my day.
I started Meditating twice daily, for slightly longer and found I was sleeping a little better, I was a little more focused and had a little more energy. I attended more Classes, I even met Sadhguru ! not for everyone, but what an experience ! and day by day I got stronger, until one day I managed a real smile again, not just a fake one, it felt good !
If you have never Meditated before, you may think it highly unlikely that you can actually Meditate at all.
But, I am here to tell you that if you can breathe, you can Meditate. A simple practice at first of a 4/5 minutes twice a day, can be the start of a new Life, happiness, less anxiety and new way of being.
There are various types of Meditation and not one type fits all. I teach Meditations that will fit your lifestyle and your level.
